Nathaniel Bell studied Business Management at Leeds Metropolitan University. During his University years he joined AR Controls for a 2 week work placement to understand the structure of larger companies. He impressed the owner with his methodical approach and the following year started to work as a part time administrator which then progressed up to being a Business Manager.
Nathaniel Bell attained his BA Honours degree in Business Management in 2014 and commenced a full-time role as Business Manager. Today Nat is responsible for many facets of the business including HR & Payroll, customer & supplier accounts, health & safety and the general day to day running of the business.
